Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is secure and includes all components to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
